Tier 1Menu Mode
DreamDiner is used only as a digital menu platform- No commitments, best for try-outs
- Max. Items: 50
- Can not submit orders
- Admin app: Available but limited only to ITEMS. All other sections are locked
Tier 2Order Mode
Clients can order from app and business will receive orders by email- Pay as you go
- Free Credits: 500
- Max. Items: Unlimitted
- Orders recieved by Email / Kitchen
- Admin app, Kitchen App & Waiters App - all are available
Tier 3Full Function
Full function of DreamDiner - Client can perform payment to orders- Pay as you go
- Free Credits: 500
- Max. Items: Unlimitted
- Orders recieved by Email / Kitchen
- Payments: Available
- Admin app, Kitchen App & Waiters App - all are available
Note:
When business finishes the wizard, it is automatically set to Tier 2.
This enables him a free full-function experience of the system, without client being able to pay (thus, TA and Delivery are disabled)
– he has 500 credits
– when credit = 0 > business is downgraded to Tier 1, or adds more credits with IAP.
In Tier 1 he can not execute orders, but only use for FREE the digital menu.
If business wants to be able to Pay and get Paid – then he needs Tier 3 and then client can pay with app, and the TA and Delivery options are enabled.
Business is Tier 1
The client can only view the digital menu, can not make orders. There is no tracking because there is no kitchen item progress.
Client orders are unavailable!

Business is Tier 2
Clients can order from the app and businesses will receive orders by server or email
Every order = 1 credit. When credits = 0 can add credits with IAP or automatically be downgraded to Tier 1 which is free!
The business will receive orders by Email and/or Kitchen App; the client will get an SMS confirmation with an order link.

Business is Tier 3
Clients can order from the app and pay for the order, businesses will receive orders by email. This is actually the Full Version of the system.
