Items are what a guest actually orders. Each carries the name, description, price and photo shown on the menu, the categories it belongs to, and any choices attached to it. A business cannot be created without at least one item — an empty menu has nothing to sell.

- 1Open Dashboard → Business Tools → Items. Filter the list by category, or view All / Uncategorized.
- 2Create an item and fill in its name and description.
- 3Set the price, and a special price if it is on offer.
- 4Add the photo — it is the single biggest influence on whether a dish gets ordered.
- 5Choose which category or categories it belongs to.
- 6Attach any options: Multiple Choices for add-ons, Single Choices for variants.
- 7Add allergen warnings where they apply.

- 1The item appears in each category it belongs to, with its photo, description and price.
- 2Tapping it opens the detail view where the guest picks any attached options before adding to the order.
