Seated guests can summon staff without flagging anyone down — from the order tracker they tap “Call a Waiter for Help?” and a blinking call is sent to your admin app; they can cancel it too. The same button is reused to request cash payment.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1No guest-side setup — staff just need to be watching the admin app to catch the call.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1On the tracker, the guest taps “Call a Waiter for Help?” and confirms with a second tap.
- 2The button blinks while the call is active; tapping again cancels it.
- 3For cash, they use “Call waiter for payment”.
