A live “Closing in X min.” banner that appears in the guest app as your current service window nears its end. It nudges guests to order soon and sets the expectation that the kitchen is about to stop — cutting down on orders placed just after close.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1There’s no separate toggle — the countdown is derived automatically from your opening hours.
- 2Set your hours in the Opening Hours editor, choosing closed, all-day, or a from–to window per day.
- 3The countdown keys off the end time of the active window.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1As closing approaches, a yellow banner appears in the app header.
- 2It reads “Closing in: X min.” and counts down as the clock advances.
