lightbulb What it's for
Multiple Choices are multi-select add-ons and adjustments a guest can request on an item — “extra cheese”, “add bacon”, “no onions”. Each option can be free or add a price, and you can attach as many as an item needs. Options can be flagged as an add (“Add bacon”) or a remove (“No onions”) so both the guest and the kitchen see the intent.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1In the item’s options area (“Multiple Choices”), tap “New Multiple Choice” to open the “Multiple Choice Setup”.
- 2Choose the intent with “This Option is to add” or “This Option is to remove” (green vs. red), then enter the name (up to 30 characters).
- 3Tick “Free / No charge” or set a price; optionally add a “Price for half” (for pizza halves) and a display colour.
- 4Attach the options to the item and arrange them in the “Multiple Choices Organizer”.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1On the item, the guest opens the extras and sees a list of options — green rows to add, red rows to remove.
- 2They toggle on as many as they like; each priced option shows its price badge.
- 3Chosen options are listed back on the item, and the guest taps “Confirm Changes”.
info Limits & good to know
- chevron_rightOption names are capped at 30 characters.
- chevron_rightTicking “Free / No charge” zeroes the price; a price is required otherwise.
- chevron_right“Price for half” only matters for pizza builder halves — regular items ignore it.
- chevron_rightThe display colour is cosmetic grouping only; guests don’t see it as a price.
- chevron_right“Add vs. remove” only changes the label/colour (and, in a builder, the “What to remove?” list) — it doesn’t change the price by itself.
