One-Plus-One is a time-boxed buy-one-get-one deal. During the daily slots you set, ordering a flagged item automatically offers a second identical one free — a simple way to drive traffic in slow hours. Paid extras aren’t doubled onto the free item.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1In Settings, open “1+1 Item Hour Slots”, enable 1+1, then set up to two non-overlapping daily time slots (Slot 1 / Slot 2).
- 2On the Quick Menu Tasks screen, tick “1+1 / Slot 1” and/or “Slot 2” on each item you want in the promotion.
- 3Items in an active window show a “1+1” badge in the admin list.
- 4Turn 1+1 off globally anytime — the per-item checkboxes disable when it’s off.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1During an active slot, the eligible item shows a “1+1” badge on the menu.
- 2Adding it opens a prompt: “I want both!” (recommended) or “Thanks. I give up the second one.”
- 3Choosing “I want both!” adds the free duplicate to the order.
