As guests wrap up, a “Before we say goodbye…” screen lets them star-rate the dishes they ordered and the waiter’s service, plus leave feedback. Those ratings also feed the AI Voice Waiter, so it can recommend dishes they liked and skip ones they didn’t next time.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1No setup — the rating prompt appears automatically once an order is fully served.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1The guest taps “Rate” on the tracker (enabled once the order is fully served).
- 2They set per-item stars and rate the waiter’s service, with optional feedback.
- 3They submit, or Skip.
