The Organizer is the drag-and-drop tool for setting the exact order guests see — categories, items within a category, and the choices inside an option group. It’s how you merchandise the menu: best-sellers first, courses in a logical flow, so guests browse in the order you intend.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1Wherever order matters, click “Open Organizer” to slide in the two-column “The Organizer”.
- 2The left “Available” column lists what you can add; click + or drag a row into the right “Selected” column.
- 3Drag rows in the Selected column to set the display order, then click “OK”.
- 4The same tool arranges categories, items in a category or menu, meal groups, and option choices.

- 1Guests never see the Organizer — they just see everything in the order you set.
- 2Categories, items and option choices all render in the arranged sequence.
info Limits & good to know
- chevron_rightDesktop-only — on phones it shows “Organizer is available only on desktop”.
- chevron_rightMeal (combo) items can’t be dragged in, so you can’t nest a combo inside another item.
- chevron_rightSome organizers enforce a maximum selection and block further adds once the cap is hit.
- chevron_rightItems without an assigned order fall to the end, and on-sale items still float to the top of their category.
