Give staff a paper ticket — for the kitchen, the counter, or as a guest check. Print on demand, print a version with a QR pay link, or print a single item; on Sunmi/Android devices new orders can print themselves the moment they land.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1Open the order, tap “More Actions” (⋯) and “Print Order” (Sunmi prints on the built-in printer; other devices open a browser print).
- 2For a payable ticket, tap “Order + QR” to print with a pay link.
- 3To print one line, expand an item and tap its “Print”.
- 4For hands-free printing, enable “Auto-Print Orders” in Sunmi settings.
point_of_sale How staff use it (POS)
- 1A plain print is invisible to the guest — it’s a staff/kitchen ticket.
- 2If an “Order + QR” ticket is handed over, the guest can scan it to pay.
info Limits & good to know
- chevron_rightAuto-print fires only when enabled and on an Android/Sunmi device; each new order also rings a bell.
