lightbulb What it's for
Instead of “first ready, first served”, a guest can ask the kitchen to space courses out and serve them one at a time with reasonable gaps — for diners who want to linger. It’s a pacing instruction to the chef, separate from Eat-In/Take-Away/Delivery.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1It’s mainly guest-set at checkout; no business toggle is required.
- 2When your staff place an order, they see the same Serving Mode control (Default / Relaxed).
- 3(A separate “Fire Mode” is a distinct chef-timing control.)
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1At checkout the guest sees “Select Serving Mode” with a Change button.
- 2They open “How would you like us to serve your order?” and switch to Relaxed.
- 3They confirm and the choice is saved on the order.
