lightbulb What it's for
DreamDiner supports three service channels — Eat-In, Take-Away and Delivery — and you can turn each on or off independently. Guests choose how they want their order handled right on the landing screen, and hiding a mode (a delivery-only kitchen hiding Eat-In, say) keeps their choices clean.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1Open Business Info → Preferences.
- 2Toggle “Eat-In”, “Take-Away” and “Delivery” on or off — each reads “…button is visible in the Client App” when on.
- 3For Take-Away and Delivery, set the Starts/Ends service times.
- 4Each toggle saves immediately.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1On the landing screen the guest sees a pill for each enabled mode: Eat-In, Takeaway, Delivery.
- 2They tap one to start ordering in that mode.
- 3The chosen mode shows in checkout and can be changed from the menu.
info Limits & good to know
- chevron_rightTake-Away and Delivery only appear if a payment provider (Stripe / Grow / PayPal / PayMe) is connected; Eat-In has no such requirement.
- chevron_rightTake-Away/Delivery pills are also gated by their service hours — outside them the pill is locked and shows the hours.
- chevron_rightPills only show when the business is open and has order credits.
- chevron_rightThe selected mode drives downstream rules like minimum orders and pre-pay.
