lightbulb What it's for
Staff can build and submit an order on a guest’s behalf — the classic counter or phone order — straight from the POS. They browse the same live menu, add items with all their options, attach a name, phone and table, then take payment now or bill it later. Same pricing, sold-out limits and 1+1 rules the guest would see, so nothing gets mispriced.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1On the POS order screen, pick a category and tap items to add them (open an item to set options, a meal, or a special request).
- 2Tap “Finalize Order”, enter the client name and phone, and pick a table.
- 3Optionally flip “Serve Relaxed” or “Fire Mode” for kitchen pacing.
- 4Tap “Pay Later” to leave the bill open, or “Pay Now” to take payment.
point_of_sale How staff use it (POS)
- 1Nothing shows on the guest’s own phone — the order is created inside the POS.
- 2If a phone number was entered, an order summary can be sent by WhatsApp.
- 3The order then flows to the kitchen and tracker like any other.

- chevron_rightNo client name typed? A default name is used rather than failing.
