lightbulb What it's for
For eat-in ordering, guests say which table they’re at and enter its PIN so orders (and the split-the-bill flow) group correctly — and so people can’t order remotely for a table they’re not at. A “can’t find my table” path points them to staff, and they can switch tables later.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1In table setup, set a code for each table (“Set a Table Code”).
- 2Configure the “Table PIN Code” guests must enter.
- 3Optionally set a default/master code as a fallback.
smartphone How guests use it (Client)
- 1On entering (eat-in), the guest opens “Select Your Table” and picks their table.
- 2They enter the table code shown at the table.
- 3A wrong code blocks ordering; “Change my table” lets them switch.
