When an order is fully plated and handed off, expo can close it in one tap rather than item-by-item. On KDS a completed order simply clears itself off the board; on the POS/expo detail card there’s an explicit whole-order Done/Revert toggle.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1No setup — completion controls are always on the order cards.
outdoor_grill How the kitchen team uses it
- 1On KDS, mark an order’s items Served — once all are done it auto-drops off the board.
- 2On the POS/expo detail card, tap the full-width “Set as Done” to complete the whole order at once.
- 3Tap “Revert” to reopen an order marked done.
