DELZ is the runner’s board: it surfaces only items the kitchen has marked Ready but nobody has handed out yet, so “cooked but sitting on the pass” food isn’t forgotten. Staff tick off what they carry out and it disappears from the board.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1Open the Orders screen and pick the “DELZ” pill in the Selectors Hub.
- 2Optionally pick a station so runners see only their pass.

- 1Read the cards — each shows a guest/table and its ready items.
- 2Tick the items you’re carrying out and tap the purple “Served” button.
- 3The item drops off the board as delivered.
