lightbulb What it's for
Every dish advances on its own rather than the whole order at once, so a starter can be Ready while mains are still In Prep. The card recolours at each stage so the line reads at a glance, and each transition can notify staff and the guest.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1Optionally set an item’s Preparation Timer (1–60 min) for a live countdown when it goes In Prep.
- 2No other setup — the four-stage flow is built in.
outdoor_grill How the kitchen team uses it
- 1Tap “In Prep” to start a dish (its countdown begins).
- 2Tap “Ready” when plated, then “Served” on hand-off.
- 3Re-selecting “In Prep” pulls an item back if you advanced it by mistake.
