Prefer a staging board to a ticket rail? The KDS Kanban layout lets you add, rename, reorder and delete your own columns and drag order cards between them — handy for coursing or a build-then-plate flow.

- 1No setup — switch to it from the KDS layout controls.

- 1On KDS, open the bottom-left controls and choose the Kanban layout.
- 2Add and name the columns your flow needs.
- 3Drag order cards between columns as they progress.
