When a fresh order arrives over the live connection, DreamDiner plays a bell and flashes a confetti burst so the kitchen never misses a ticket — even if nobody’s watching the screen. On Sunmi/Android it can also auto-print the ticket.
settings Set it up (Admin)
- 1Keep the Orders screen open — it subscribes to live updates automatically.
- 2On Sunmi/Android, enable “Auto-Print Orders” so new tickets print themselves.

- 1Leave a KDS/POS station running during service.
- 2On a new order you hear the bell and (on KDS) see a confetti burst; the order jumps to the top.
- 3With auto-print on, the ticket prints with no tap.
